Kantara Hero Facing Backlash From Telugu Fans!

Talented Kannada superstar Rishab Shetty is one of the most gifted and reputed actors in South Indian cinema, and he is coming up with his next film, Kantara Chapter one. This film is releasing in theatres on October 2, and the promotional campaign is in full swing already.

A grand promotional event of the film was held in Hyderabad last night, and it was attended by junior NTR along with the rest of the crucial members of the cast and crew associated with Kantara.

However, there was this one detrimental development in connection with this Kantara event, which has grabbed the negative attention already.

While speaking at this event in Hyderabad, last night, Rishabh Shetty chose to speak almost entirely in Kannada while he categorically stood away from English and Telugu.

The fact that this Kannada Hero decided to speak entirely in Kannada while attending a Telugu promotional event has become a topic of discussion. Several Telugu people on social media are pointing out that Rishabh might have disrespected Telugu language by completely avoiding speaking in Telugu at a Telugu event.

People are commenting that Rishabh might know at least a few words in Telugu considering that Telugu and Kannada are very similar. However, the fact that he completely kept his speech in Kannada is the last thing that people expected.

It has to be seen how this would affect the actual box of his prospect of this film as it prepares for its big release on October 2.
