Roja Returns To Silver Screen With Bold Choice?

Like a star slowly reappearing after a cloudy night, Roja is making her way back to films. The senior actress, who stepped away to focus on politics, had mostly been seen on TV as a judge on Jabardasth. She stopped after some criticism for being on entertainment shows while in office. After her defeat in the Nagari elections, she’s now easing back into the spotlight and prepping for a fresh start on the silver screen.

Her comeback is through the Tamil movie Lenin Indian, officially announced by the production house. Directed by Balachandran, Roja will be seen in a new avatar alongside Santhanam. Judging by the working stills and first looks, it’s a different side of her that fans haven’t seen in a while.
