B'day Treat: Vijay Devarkonda Surrenders To Love

Breakout star of films like Pelli Choopulu and Arjun Reddy has already completed a decade in films and enjoys unfathomable love from his fans and movie admirers alike. Today, he celebrates his 37th birthday, and the wishes are pouring in big time, especially from the production houses that are carving out some interesting films with the actor.

Especially the makers of his upcoming film “Rowdy Janardhana”, where he was supposed to take on the audience with a fierce look and violent characterisation, have now released a special poster, saying that he surrenders to love. Revealing a poster, where a heroine's feet are put (most probably Keerthy Suresh's leg), on his heart, with the caption, “A man who fights the world… but surrenders only to love”, indicating that love is the weak spot of this lover boy hero. Fans are rejoicing in this poster, as they feel that Vijay D has already surrendered to love after her married his longtime girlfriend, actress Rashmika Mandanna, already.

On the other hand, Vijay Devarakonda has an interesting lineup of films, including Rowdy Janardhana, Ranabali, and another film with the Hi Nanna director. Amongst these films, at least two should become blockbusters as the hero’s image took a beating with consecutive failures of movies, including The Family Star and Kingdom. Otherwise, the actor’s box office market is going to take a huge dent, while talks are already there that the OTT market took a hit, as the budgets of a couple of projects have been toned down recently due to that.
