Buzz: Bengaluru Beauty Locked For Charan-Sukumar Film

Currently, Superstar Ram Charan is busy working on the schedule of his upcoming film Peddi, which is being directed by Buchi Babu Sana and features Janhvi Kapoor as the leading lady.

After confirming that the film is not going to miss the March 2026 release date, the actor is now looking forward for his next, which will be crafted by Pushpa maker Sukumar.

In fact, this much-awaited Charan and Sukumar project will happen immediately after Peddi, as confirmed by Mythri Movie Makers earlier. Reports are popping up that #RC17 will have two heroines dazzling in the film opposite Ram Charan.

Recently, Sapta Sagaraalu Daati and Kantara 2 fame, Bengaluru girl Rukmini Vasanth has given a look test for the role. Director Sukumar is said to have got amazingly impressed by her acting potential and okayed her at one go.

After watching her negative role in Kantara 2, surely anyone would feel that Rukmini could pull off any role with aplomb. When it comes to directors like Sukumar, who wrote and designed some strong female characters like Samantha in Rangasthalam and Rashmika in Pushpa, he definitely needs a powerhouse performer.

Rukmini would be an apt choice for sure to sizzle opposite Ram Charan for this Rangasthalam combo that is happening again.
