Sensational Technician Signed No-Telugu Clause?

One of the most talked-about young technicians in recent times is none other than Sai Abhyankar, who has proved himself with movies like Karuppu, as the music of those films just upped the way the box office reacts. He has been signing movies right, left and centre in Kollywood, but the Telugu industry is not even bringing him in, while Allu Arjun’s Raaka is the only signed film he has. Here comes an interesting revelation in that context.

Apparently, it is coming out that the makers of Raaka have made Sai Abhyankar sign a special clause that he will not be signing any other Telugu movie till Raaka hits cinemas. Well, usually such clauses will not be accepted by the technicians, but maybe the Raaka makers want to get most of Sai Abhyankar for the Telugu debut, and hence such conditions. However, if Raaka takes more than a year from now to hit cinemas, surely Sai will lose out on the good window to lock some interesting Telugu biggies.

That said, currently the youngster has interesting Tamil movies in his pipeline, and he’s not finding time like Anirudh to cater to Telugu movies is another argument. Whatever it may be, Sai Abhyankar should also focus on the criticism that his work is getting repetitive. More importantly the Telugu dubbed songs of his Tamil films are not connecting, and he should take care about the Telugu lyrics of those songs.
