Big Sankranti Race In 2024 As 'Salaar' Aims March Release!

Sankranti is considered as the best season to release big films. The festive season has the capacity to hold 3-4 for huge releases at the same time. This is why many stars show interest in arriving during this period. They try to lock the release dates very early and start releasing the promotional content accordingly.

There are a string of big films which are aiming to release during the Sankranti season of 2024. While it is clear that superstar Mahesh Babu is arriving on 12th January with 'Guntur Kaaram', it is the rest of the films which are raising a lot of curiosity. Mahesh locked the date long back and is shooting accordingly while Prabhas' 'Kalki 2898 AD' got postponed. Mass Maharaj Ravi Teja is yet to start the shooting of 'Eagle' but knowing his speed, he will be arriving as announced. The team already made it clear that the film will be released on 10th June.

Akkineni Nagarjuna is also aiming for the festive season as there are high chances that his flick 'Naa Saami Ranga' will be coming out on 14th January though it is not officially confirmed. Vijay Deverakonda is also expected to release one of his films during the Sankranti season. It might be his movie with Parasuram or the film with Gautham Thinnanuri. Also, Chiyaan Vikram's 'Ayalaan' is also arriving during the same season which is quite interesting. Prasanth Varma's superhero flick 'Hanu-Man' is also aiming to come out on 12th January.

There is a big talk that Prabhas' upcoming 'Salaar' might hit the screens on 22nd March 2024. The film was supposed to hit the screens on 28th September but it got postponed. With heavy competition during the Sankranti season, they are reportedly planning to release at the end of March. Let us wait and see what happens.
