'Salaar' To Be The Battle Of Two Best Friends!

Fans of Prabhas are eagerly waiting for the month of December to arrive. The much-awaited action drama 'Salaar' is releasing just three days ahead of Christmas and the entire shooting process has been completed. The post-production works are going on and the makers are pestering Hombale Films for a teaser on Prabhas' birthday which happens to be on 23rd October.

It may not be possible but the team of 'Salaar' will definitely release a poster unless Prasanth Neel suddenly plans a special surprise. In recent times, there have been some interesting leaks coming out regarding this movie. Apparently, Prabhas will play two characters named Salaar and Deva in the movie. They are father and son roles. Jagapathi Babu will be seen as Raja Mannaar and Prithviraj Sukumaran essayed the role of Varadaraaja Mannar. When Salaar's kingdom is attacked, his son Deva reportedly finds out that it is his good friend Varadaraaja Mannar and his dad who are behind it. Shocked by this, the Deva character becomes enraged and reportedly goes on a killing spree.

This suggests that young Prabhas and Prithviraj will be seen as friends and their battle is going to be the main point of the movie. Also, there is a talk that the first part of 'Salaar' will not showcase the father role a lot and most of his scenes will be in the second part just like 'Baahubali'. Unlike Rajamouli's film, 'Salaar' will show both father and son fighting together as per grapevine. We need to wait till the trailer comes out in order to find the truth in these rumors. The promotions of 'Salaar' are expected to begin by the end of November.
