Salaar advance bookings are phenomenal, and even more surprising, they outnumber RRR. Salaar, the Pan-Indian film starring Prabhas and directed by Prashanth Neel, is due to be released in theaters around the world in three days. The film has done extremely well at the market, and here are the business details for each area.

In Telangana, where the rights were sold for 65 crore rupees, the film needs to collect around 100 crore rupees gross to meet its target. Similarly, in Andhra Pradesh, with theatrical rights valued at 95 crore rupees, the film should aim for a 150 crore rupees gross. For the Telugu states combined, the movie needs to gather 250 crore rupees gross to hit its breakeven.

In the southern states of Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu, where the film is being self-distributed, the estimated business is around 65 crore rupees. To reach the breakeven, the movie should achieve a collective gross of approximately 130 crore rupees from these three states.

Summing up the South Indian regions, the film needs to accumulate 380 crore rupees gross to meet its breakeven in India. Moving to North India, the revenue target is set at 230 crore rupees gross based on the movie's business value. When we merge the numbers from both North and South India, the film needs to amass a total of 610 crore rupees gross in India to break even.

Looking at the overseas market, where the film has been sold for 75 crore rupees, including Publicity and Print costs, the target gross revenue stands at 150 crore rupees. Overall, for the film to break even considering both domestic and overseas markets, it needs to gather close to 800 crore rupees gross. Achieving a share of 400 crore rupees will be necessary for the film to reach its breakeven point.
