Salman Khan Vs Akshay Kumar: Who Is Winning?

Bollywood superstar, Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar are preparing to arrive at the box office next month as they have two respective films lined up for release in March.

Salman Khan has Sikandar, which is lined up for release on March 28, and this is preceded by Akshay Kumar, who is arriving in theatres on March 14 with Kesari 2.

Salman Khan has the edge as Sikandar is projected to be a proper commercial film, which is being directed by veteran Murugadoss. This film is promising to be a mega Bollywood action film that has all the commercial boxes ticked. Murugadoss appears to be on the verge of delivering another commercial big spectacle film this time.

The same time even and Akshay Kumar appears to be on the right track this time around as he is coming with the sequel for superhit film Kesari. The second part is based on the Jallianwala Bagh incident, which has historical significance in the Indian community and will rightly find audiences.

While we have Kesari arriving in theatres on March 14, this is closely followed in a couple of weeks by Sikandar, which is also a super important film for Salman Khan, who is in desperate need for success.

Sikandar has Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead roles, and it is one of the craziest projects in the making in Hindi cinema. It is expected to bring back the lost glory of Salman Khan on big screens.

On the other hand, the second part of Kesari is going to be a patriotic film, which is aimed at the Indian audiences and is now targeting Holi season release. Bollywood will be desperately, hoping that both these films will be working at the box office as it has been quite some time since Hindi cinema last delivered a perfect blockbuster at the box office.
