Samantha Celebrates Big Opening for Maa Inti Bangaram

Actress and producer Samantha Ruth Prabhu is enjoying a special moment as her latest film Maa Inti Bangaram opened to a strong response at the box office. The actress recently shared a post on Instagram celebrating the film’s successful first day and thanking audiences for their support.

In the poster shared by Samantha, Maa Inti Bangaram is said to have collected more than Rs 13.15 crore gross worldwide on its opening day. The poster features Samantha in her powerful action avatar from the film holding a gun and showcasing the intense character she plays in the movie.

Along with the poster, Samantha shared a heartfelt caption expressing her happiness. She said it was a proud and emotional moment to see the film perform so well on day one. Samantha wrote that she was glad to see audiences supporting a movie regardless of whether it is led by a male or female star. She also appreciated movie lovers of all age groups for coming to theatres and celebrating the film.

The actress further highlighted the contribution of women audiences to the film’s opening-day success. Samantha said it was encouraging to see more women turning up for theatrical releases and helping cinema continue to grow. She ended the note by proudly stating that her production house had delivered a successful film and celebrated the achievement with her team.

Maa Inti Bangaram collected around Rs 5.35 crore net in India on its first day across more than 2,600 shows. The film reportedly earned about Rs 6.20 crore gross in India and over Rs 13 crore worldwide on its opening day, making it one of Samantha’s strongest recent openings.

Directed by BV Nandini Reddy, Maa Inti Bangaram features Samantha in the lead role alongside Gulshan Devaiah, Diganth Manchale, and Gauthami. The story follows Swarna, a newly married woman who appears to be a simple housewife but secretly has a dangerous past as an assassin. When an old enemy returns, she must fight to protect her family.

Backed by Samantha’s Tralala Moving Pictures, the action drama has started its box-office journey on a positive note and is expected to perform even better over the weekend.
