Samantha's upcoming movie Maa Inti Bangaram is getting ready for its theatrical release on June 19. The family action drama has already created good buzz among movie lovers. In a recent interview, Samantha said that she was not the first choice for the lead role in Maa Inti Bangaram. According to her, the makers initially wanted Sai Pallavi to play the central character. Samantha explained that since the film was being produced under her own production banner, the team felt Sai Pallavi would be a perfect fit for the role.

Samantha also shared her admiration for Sai Pallavi. She said she is a big fan of the actress and always wanted to bring a strong and meaningful story to audiences with Sai Pallavi in the lead role.
