Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently tackled the often-glamorized topic of morning routines in episode 4 of her podcast series "Take 20." She acknowledged the unrealistic expectations surrounding these routines and emphasized the importance of gradual implementation.

"Don't try to follow my routine thinking it'll benefit you overnight," Samantha cautioned. She stressed that building a successful routine takes consistent effort and discipline, highlighting the long-term benefits that outweigh the initial struggle.

Samantha then delved into her own routine, acknowledging it might seem overwhelming. Waking up at 5:30 AM, she starts with gratitude journaling on an app, followed by five minutes of basking in the sun. Breathing exercises based on the Wim Hof method and a 25-minute Isha Kriya meditation follow. She concludes with Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) to balance her energy. While acknowledging the intensity of her routine, Samantha emphasized the positive impact it has on her day, leaving her feeling energized, focused, and emotionally stable.
