Venky’s Team For Chiranjeevi: Clever Or Risky?

It is officially communicated that megastar Chiranjeevi will be working with director Anil Ravipudi for his upcoming film, which is going to start the shooting process this summer season. While Anil is busy with the scripting process, it is heard that he is even completing the casting department at a quick rate.

The primary communication about the film now is that Anil is apparently repeating the same core technical team that was associated with his earlier film Sankranthi ki Vasthunnam with Venkatesh.

Apparently, Anil is repeating Bheem’s as music director, Sameer Reddy as cinematographer, and Thammareddy as the editor. He is apparently retaining the core technical team that worked on the Venkatesh film for his upcoming film with Chiranjeevi as well.

One theory here is that Anil could be looking to replicate the success formula with Chiranjeevi as well as this is a safe choice and tested formula. But at the same time, there is also the risk of monotonous approach as well.

Having the same kind of musical setting and visual vocabulary, and also the editing pattern could be a risk. But less, and of course, Anil must come up with a completely different narrative and stage setting to deliver a fresh experience.

While Anil obviously runs the risk of repetitive Ness, he is a clever director and will make sure that his score technical team brings out another fresh output. He will mitigate the risk with his clever approach towards the screenplay and visual presentation.

Anil is said to be nearly done with the final script, and in the meanwhile, he is completing the technical team finalisation and also lead actors zeroing in job. As reported earlier, he intends and plans to complete this film by the end of this year and release it in theatres during 2026 Sankranthi.
