Malayalam actresses are everywhere right now. Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, back-to-Malayalam, they’re juggling all industries like it’s nothing. Just a few days ago, everyone was talking about Anupama Parameswaran locking seven films for 2025, Dragon, Bison Kaalamaadan, The Pet Detective, JSK, Kishkindhapuri, Paradha, and Lockdown. Seven in one year is honestly wild, and she’s the first South heroine to pull that off. And before people could finish cheering for her, another Malayalam star has entered the chat, Samyuktha Menon.

Samyuktha’s rise has been a whole different story. People in Telugu always say, “If you want real stardom, do a Telugu film,” and she proved that line true. What’s funny is she became a Pan-India craze without even pairing up with big male stars. She’s doing nine films at the same time now, and seven of those are Pan-India. Nine films. That’s like, an entire calendar filled from top to bottom.

Her journey picked up speed after Bheemla Nayak. Suddenly every language wanted her. Hits came back-to-back, Sir, Bimbisara, Virupaksha, and her popularity jumped way more here than in Malayalam, even though she had already done 15 films there. From there, she spread into Tamil, Kannada, and even Bollywood with Maharagini. And now she’s juggling Telugu films with Nikhil (Swayambhu), Sharwa (Nari Nari Nadu Murari), Bellamkonda Srinivas (Hindhava), plus a Malayalam project with Mohanlal named Ram, a Tamil film Benz, and of course Akhanda 2, where she reportedly has a key role.

She’s also stepping into a lady-oriented action film titled The Black Gold, where she looks like she walked straight out of an intense action poster. With nine films in her bag, seven being Pan-India, Samyuktha Menon has set a new record for Malayalam heroines, and honestly, she’s not slowing down anytime soon.
