Sandeep Vanga's biggest regret about Animal!

It is an established fact that Animal is one of the biggest cult blockbusters of all time in Indian cinema, and it could generate massive revenues at the box office, regardless of the adult rated Content.

However, it appears that Sandeep Reddy Vanga has one crucial regret about this film and he spoke about the same in a recent interview with Vijay Devarakonda.

“At first, my initial approach for Animal was very spontaneous and attentive. The first copy of the film that I had originally prepared was Three hours and 45 minutes long. And I had to bring this down to 3 hours and 30 minutes later due to different constraints that were in effect.” Sandeep Reddy said.

Then the crucial revelation about the further regret on this film, as Sandeep said he had to bring down the final runtime by another nine minutes and lock it at around three hours 22 minutes. He said trimming, this part was the toughest for him, and he simply regrets the same event to this day.

Sandeep said this eight minutes of additional footage would not have made much difference, and it would have gave the audience a better perspective of the film, and that is the reason why he regrets this decision.

Then Sandeep Reddy spoke about the effect of the adult certificate by the concerned authorities as he said certain distributor gave him a detailed report on how his A Rated films have been losing on revenues due to the certificate that was accounted.
