The actor has been working on some interesting projects, and his performance in the film, "Mad" garnered considerable acclaim, sparking speculation that he could potentially become a cherished talent in the Tollywood film industry. However, questions emerge if he would be cautious and not commit the mistakes that his brother Santosh Shobhan did.
Sangeet Shobhan is the younger brother of Santosh Shobhan, and their father, Shobhan, directed the popular film "Varsham" featuring Prabhas. Santosh Shobhan has made his mark in the industry, but despite coming up with a series of movies, he has yet to find the desirable success.
Ek Mini Katha, Manchi Rojulochayi, Like Share Subscribe, Kalyanam Kamaneeyam, Sridevi Sobhanbabu, Anni Manchi Sakanamule, and Prem Kumar are some of the movies that Santosh recently acted in but could not meet the desired success. Santosh signed back-to-back films to prove his existence, but the poor choice of scripts played the villain in his career.
On the flip side, Sangeet's career will be in the spotlight now. Sangeet's journey in the world of cinema began in 2011 when he made his debut as a child artist in the film "Golconda High School."
Prior to gracing the silver screen with "Mad," Sangeet had already established himself as a notable presence in the world of OTT entertainment. He made his mark with a role in the web series "The Baker and the Beauty" three years ago, showcasing his acting prowess. His talent continued to shine as he gained recognition for his roles in projects like "Three Roses," "Pitta Kathalu," and "Oka Chinna Family Story."
In "Mad," Sangeet Shobhan delivers an impressive performance as Damodar (DD), portraying a BTech student. With a promising career ahead of him, he is set to greet audiences again in the upcoming film "Prema Vimana," further solidifying his presence in Telugu cinema.
Many in the industry believe that Sangeet has the potential to become the next comic star on the likes of Allari Naresh. By avoiding some of the pitfalls his brother may have encountered, Sangeet has the opportunity to carve out a successful and enduring career in the industry.
