Bollywood directors blame Naga Vamsi for controversy

There is no debating the fact that Naga Vamshi is one of the most outspoken personalities in Tollywood. This time he has gone an Indian as he has triggered Bollywood with his latest statement where he said Mumbai would not have slept when Pushpa 2 collected ₹86 crore in a single day.

In response to this, Bollywood director Sanjay Gupta tweeted “Who is this obnoxious guy sitting next to a senior producer like Boney Ji and deriding him with his fake vanity? Look at his body language and disgusting attitude. 4/5 hits dene se yeh Bollywood ke baap nahin bane na banienge.”

Sanjay then bought a relevant example, as he noted “Would he have the guts to sit in front of senior Producers like Allu Arvind Sir or Suresh Babu Sir and speak to them in this manner pointing his fingers in their face. Learn to value RESPECT before SUCCESS.”

This Director then went on a rant to belittle the Telugu film industry. “Approximately 300 Telugu films are released every year. Which means since 2020 (Bahubali 1 released) and 2024 they have released 1500 films. BAAHUBALI 1&2, RRR, PUSHPA, KALKI AND PUSHPA 2. 6 films out of 1500 have been all India blockbusters.” He noted.

This was quickly paired up by another Bollywood Director Siddharth Anand, who made Pathaan and War. “And one more thing. I have infact lived ONLY in Bandra and Juhu both! Just fyi. Mumbai has always been the city that never sleeps ;) It’s ok, I guess some people don’t know our real Mumbai” this director noted.

It appears our own Vamsi has triggered all of Bollywood with his factual comment, and this has now caught the eye of the Bollywood folk.
