First Weekend Of 2024 Goes With Zero Releases!

All eyes are on the Sankranti season and people are completely focused on which films releases and which one gets postponed, they ignored the fact that there is a weekend that got completely ignored. With 'Salaar' and 'Dunki' getting released before Christmas, the industry folks left around ten days for the movies to make as much money as they can.

With big Sankranti releases hitting the screens from 12th January, everyone is talking about them and people are more curious about the songs, trailer, events and interviews of those four projects. This is the first weekend of January and they completely ignored it. Not just the people but the industry folks too left it out for some reason. There are a few who say that one big Sankranti film could have been released this weekend instead of trying to force themselves in a big race.

But the producers are keen on making the most out of Sankranti festive season that they did not try to capitalize on the free weekend before. There are a few small films which are releasing like 'Double Engine', 'Prema Katha' and 'Raghava Reddy'. As we know, 'Guntur Karam' is releasing on 12th January while 'Hanuman' is also releasing on the same day. On 13th February, there is 'Saindhav' hitting the screens while Nagarjuna will be arriving the next day with 'Naa Saami Ranga'.

Let us wait and see if ignoring the first week of 2024 proves to be worth next week or not.
