Amongst the current generation of filmmakers in Tollywood, none could match the creative sensibilities of Sekhar Kammula when it comes to making breezy films that are worth watching. However, the filmmaker opted for movies like Kubera in recent times, which are quite away from his usual things. While the result is mixed, currently, many star heroes are unavailable to him as per the talk.

For the last year, Sekhar Kammula is said to have readied a story that would suit any star and any stature. However, for a long time he’s actually been hunting for a star hero to be part of his next project, while Sunil Narang of Asian Cinemas will be producing it. Reports are coming that a mega camp hero has heard the script but hasn’t given any approval for the same. And now, Kammula is looking forward to narrating the story to other heroes also.

Many are wondering why a director of Sekhar Kammula’s stature is not finding good heroes for his projects, and that brings us to the point that his films feature normal life things, and the budgets will be very low. Whether he’s working with stars like Nagarjuna, Dhanush or some newcomers like Varun Sandesh, he always makes sure the story is top priority and spending huge is never his domain.

Many stars these days are looking for costly and stylish films, so that might be leading to the slowing down of Sekhar Kammula. Well, we have to see which hero would finally jump into the world created by him.
