September Releases: Lot Of Promise, Great Prospect!

The month of August witnessed one of the biggest classes of Indian box office in recent years in the form of the coming together of War 2 and Coolie. Both these film films released in theatres on August 14, and it is the Rajinikanth film that is significantly ahead of this NTR film.

Now that the discussion is about the upcoming month of September, which promises a pretty big deal in terms of new films. September 2025 is turning into a busy month for Telugu movie lovers, with many new films lined up for release.

The month starts with September 5, when two big films arrive. Ghaati marks the comeback of actress Anushka Shetty after a long gap, which has created huge buzz. On the same day, Teja Sajja�s big-budget project Mirai will also hit the screens.

On September 12, Bellamkonda Sreenivas will be seen in a horror drama titled Kishkindhapuri. This film is expected to attract audiences who enjoy thrillers with supernatural elements.

The following week, September 19, brings the Telugu-dubbed version of Vijay Anthony�s Tamil film Bhadrakali. His films often find success in Telugu states, so there is curiosity around this release too.

The biggest weekend comes on September 25, when Power Star Pawan Kalyan�s much-awaited OG is scheduled to release. This is considered the most anticipated movie of the month. Alongside it, Balakrishna�s Akhanda 2 is also planned, though the release date is still uncertain.

Compared to August, which had very few films like Anupama Parameshwaran�s Paradha, September looks packed. With multiple releases almost every week, audiences will have plenty of choices at the theaters.
