Bollywood Star Kid Making Her Telugu Debut

Of course, the nepotism debate in Bollywood refuses to die. Having said that, there are many heroes and heroines right now in the Hindi Film Industry who have entered the field because of their families but haven’t made a mark yet. One such beauty is Shanaya Kapoor, who happens to be the daughter of Boney Kapoor and Anil Kapoor’s younger brother.

Despite doing half a dozen films already, some music videos and a lot of modelling, Shanaya Kapoor is yet to crack the code in Bollywood and make it to the top. Though she has amazing looks and a beautiful screen presence, somehow her acting potential has yet to impress the audience. However, as her craze among Gen Z is picking up, right now, the makers of Zombie Reddy 2, which features Teja Sajja in the lead, are bringing her into Tollywood. Already she’s said to have signed and shot for a couple of days in this action film.

In the wake of Teja Sajja’s previous films like HanuMan and Mirayi doing well at the box office up north as well, the makers of Zombie Reddy 2 are making sure that they will get the right Bollywood cast aboard this time, such that the film will naturally get good openings there. We have to see if Shanaya will do something different in Tollywood, while she’s known for glamorous roles in Hindi cinema. Also, like her cousin Janhvi Kapoor, it looks like even Shanaya is making inroads into the south now.
