George Krish Has a Surprise for Sharwa Fans

Sharwanand’s upcoming film George Krish is creating interest even before its shooting is completed. The movie brings together actor Sharwanand and director Sreenu Vaitla for the first time. The film is said to be a family entertainer with romance, emotions and comedy. Now, an interesting update about Sharwanand’s role is making headlines.

According to the latest reports, Sharwanand may be seen in a double role in George Krish. It is being said that he will appear as two different characters in the movie. One character is reportedly connected to a period backdrop, while the other character belongs to the present day.

If this news is true, the two roles could give Sharwanand a chance to show two different shades as an actor. However, the makers have not officially confirmed the double-role news yet. More details about the characters are expected to come out as the shooting progresses.

The movie also has a romantic angle. Bhagyashri Borse is reportedly playing the female lead. The second schedule of the film is expected to include romantic scenes featuring Sharwanand and Bhagyashri Borse. The title poster of the film has already given a small hint about the love story. It shows a silhouette of Sharwanand lifting the heroine.

The makers officially launched George Krish two days ago, on August 14, with a traditional pooja ceremony. During the event, the title and release date were announced. Producer Anil Sunkara revealed that the film will arrive in theatres on January 14, 2027, during the Sankranthi festival.

Sharwanand has already enjoyed success with Sankranthi releases such as Shatamanam Bhavati, Express Raja and Nari Nari Naduma Murari. The makers are hoping that George Krish will continue this successful connection with the festival.

Anil Sunkara is producing the movie, while Sreenu Vaitla is directing it. KV Guhan is handling the cinematography and Anup Rubens is composing the music. Avinash Kolla is the production designer, while Amar Reddy Kudumula is working as the editor.
