Actor Shivaji Says His Land Near Financial District Is Now Worth ₹1800 Crores

Actor Shivaji, who is well known in Telugu cinema recently shared some interesting details about his life during an interview. While speaking to an anchor, Shivaji talked openly about his real estate investments and how he had to sell many of his properties during a difficult period in his career.

When the anchor asked him whether he had earned a lot of money through real estate, Shivaji gave a very simple answer. He said, "Not very big earnings. I had some properties, but when I took a break from doing films, I had to sell them slowly to survive."

The anchor then asked him if he still owns any properties today. Shivaji replied that most of them are already sold. He said, "I sold most of them. Only a little is left now." He said he sold them to manage his daily expenses during the time he was not active in films.

Shivaji also revealed details about one of his properties near Yadagirigutta. He said, "I sold my 10 acres near Yadagirigutta." When asked about the price, he explained that he had bought the land long ago for a very low price. He said, "At that time, I bought one acre for ₹70,000 and later sold it for about ₹9 lakh."

He also spoke about another big property he once owned near the Financial District areas. Shivaji said, "I had around 18 acres in that area and I sold them." Today, land prices there have increased greatly. He added, "Now one acre costs around ₹100 crore. That means it could be nearly ₹1800 crore today." However, he said he sold the land at that time just to earn some profit and manage his life.

Actor Shivaji acted in several Telugu movies and became popular with films like Missamma, Tata Birla Madhyalo Laila and Adirindayya Chandram. He was known for his natural acting and comedy timing. Later, he also gained attention by participating in reality shows like Bigg Boss Telugu.
