Director Talks About Lip Locks Between Sam & Vijay!

Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha's romantic drama 'Khushi' has released today amidst decent expectations. The film is getting decent reports till now as the audience are praising the performance of the lead actors and the pleasant feel of the movie. Director Shiva Nirvana seems to be back in his element after failing to deliver with 'Tuck Jagadish'.

'Khushi' is a cool romantic drama with good entertainment and decent emotions that will connect with the audience. Talking about the 165-minute duration, Shiva Nirvana says that it is important to know if the audience connected with the story he wanted to tell or not. Length doesn't matter as long as the audience doesn't get bored by what they are seeing.

Talking about the emotions which reportedly did not work out as expected, Nirvana says that he did all he could and made the film an emotional ride for the last 25 minutes even after naming the film 'Khushi'. He added that the film's response showcases that the emotion did work out.

Talking about the liplock scenes, he said that it is necessary for the story as they need to convince people that they are a real couple. Both Samantha and Vijay treat those scenes in a professional manner as it is part of their work.

Apart from the lead pair, Sachin Khedekar, Murali Sharma, Lakshmi, Ali, Rohini, Vennela Kishore, Rahul Ramakrishna, Srikanth Iyengar, and Saranya Pradeep played key roles. Shiva Nirvana penned the story, screenplay and dialogues apart from being the director. G Murali is the director of photography while Prawin Pudi is the editor. Hesham Abdul Wahab is the music composer of this movie.
