Siddhi Idnani started her career as a theatre artist, known for the Gujarati commercial play Aaje Ravivaar Chec. She subsequently became a finalist at Miss Diva, Ahmedabad. She began her film career with the Gujarati film Grand Hali and went on to win Miss India Super Talent representing India at Miss Supertalent in Paris in 2018.

Siddhi debuted in Tollywood with Jamba Lakidi Pamba in June 2018. Her next film, Prema Katha Chitram 2, was released in 2019. She is well-recognized for her role in the Tamil film Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu. Her upcoming project Nooru Kodi Vaanavil, is directed by the critically acclaimed Sasi. In 2023 she starred in The Kerala Story portraying the character Geethanjali Menon/Anisha Ba.
