SKN Promises A Car To Journalist At Press Meet!

As we know, producer SKN and director Maruti are bringing 'True Lover' into Telugu. This Tamil movie will be dubbed and released under their banners on 9th February and the teaser which came out recently got a superb response. During the interaction with the media, SKN revealed some interesting facts about the collections of his blockbuster movie 'Baby'.
Directed by Sai Rajesh, 'Baby' featuring Anand Deverakonda, Vaishnavi Chaitanya and Viraj was released back in 2023. The movie minted around 70 crores in the first 11 days of its release. It arrived as a small film and grossed over 100 crores. Speaking about the collections of 'Baby' during the 'True Lover' teaser launch he said that the collections are on the posters but are yet to reach his pockets. He added that he is still waiting for the distributors and exhibitors give his share but they are still saying that the money will be returned after 'Guntur Karam' and 'Salaar' business are done.
He even tried to explain the gross and the share he will be getting at the end and even used the analogy of the ice changing hands and the last person receiving nothing. When the journalist wished SKN about getting another 100 crore film through 'True Lover', SKN thanked him and jokingly promised that he will gift a car if it really happens. He also claimed that they are working on remaking 'Baby' in Bollywood.
