Sobhan Brothers Have Finally Fallen In The Groove

At one point in time, the elder son of former director Sobhan looked like quite a chap with good potential to make it big at the box office. He’s Santosh. And the way he chose a few projects has resulted in scoring flops at the box office with more than a dozen movies. Later came his younger brother, Sangeeth, who has made himself a name with the MAD movie, but acted in a couple of OTT projects that didn’t even get him a name, though one of them worked out well.

Finally, it looks like both Santosh and Sangeeth have scored big out there with the theatrical releases, Couple Friendly and RaaKaaSaa, respectively. Though Couple Friendly hasn’t scored big numbers at the box office, surely the movie made huge noise and proved that Santosh Shoban is a terrific actor and would pull off great numbers if he could find the right content that would click. At the same time, RaaKaaSaa is getting a good reception now, and this movie also proves that Sangeeth could pull audiences to theatres if he finds proper comedy films. That means, we can sum up that both the Sobhan brothers have definitely fallen in groove with their cinema career.

That said, it is high time that both the Sobhan brothers get the right scripts so that their foothold in the film industry will get stronger. Otherwise, if they chose films for just remuneration and production banners, surely they will be heading towards a direction that would never give them any chance to do course-correction.
