The series, which premiered two years ago, earned her immense praise for her bold and intense portrayal of Kaveri Dixit. In the show, Kaveri is the girlfriend of arms dealer Shelly Rungta (played by Anil Kapoor), and the story revolves around a night manager who gets caught in a dangerous mission to bring down a powerful criminal. Sobhita’s gripping performance played a key role in the show's success.

On the work front, Sobhita was last seen in Love, Sitara, a Hindi film that premiered on Zee5.
