Then came Pooja Hegde; immediately after the release of her film Jawani Hai Tho Ishq Hona Hai, has cut short her hair and posted their pictures on the internet. Now, it’s the turn of Wamiqa Gabbi, who is saying hello to the Telugu-Tamil box office next week with Lokesh Kanagaraj’s DC, has cut her hair ultra-short.
Once the shootings that were in hand get wrapped, many of these starlets are heading to the parlour straight and chopping their hair. Many are wondering why they are doing such things to their hair. As their career proceeds, many Hollywood actresses have also cut their hair short like that only. Some say that as hair gets damaged repeatedly for years due to constant ironing, shampooing, tressing and others, heroines cut their hair to make sure that new hair grows better.
On the other hand, some feel that these heroines are actually giving statements that they are bold and independent and can take decisions like this very bravely. Because most of the time, hair happens to be the greatest part of a heroine’s beauty, and though they can wear wigs after cutting hair short, natural hair looks more flowy. Well, only those heroines should know why they cut it short.
