Mumbai Agencies Betting Big On South Starlets

Gone are the days when Bollywood beauties can come to Telugu or any South film industry and make a splash, but vice versa wouldn’t happen. These days, many South beauties are bagging big Bollywood projects, and Rashmika Mandanna stands at the top of the queue. It looks like even Mumbai’s casting and PR agencies are also betting big on the south starlets.

Other day at an event in Mumbai, an Excellence Awards, once again Rukumin Vasanth and Kalyani Priyadarshan splashed glamorously. Even Anupama Parameshwaran joined the red carpet of this. It’s coming out that some Mumbai agencies are running after Southern heroines, signing them, and taking them to Mumbai for every single occasion, to make sure that these hotties are cast in Big Bollywood movies now. Looks like the time has come for real, for South starlets.

Meanwhile, already there are reports that Kalyani Priyadarshan and Rukmini Vasanth have bagged big films in Bollywood opposite some top stars. Even if Anupama Parameswaran bags one tomorrow, surely that will be a big deal only.
