This film is currently under production and there is a lot depending on the same as Ram Charan is expected to make a grand come back at the box office with this intense action film, which will also have a sports back drop.
Coming to the topic, now, the chief cinematographer of the film Ratna Velu has dropped a very interesting update about one of the technologies that are being used for this film.
Ratna Velu revealed that he is shooting one particular sequence in the film using a negative camera that was used a while back. What this essentially does is that this sequence will have a vintage vibe, and the imagery will be different from what we are usually accustomed to seeing.
Negative cameras come with print, and there are then to be digitalised letter in the DI room. This is going to be extensive work, but what is guaranteed is that the output generated by the negative cameras will have a lot more depth and vintage attraction to them. This is going to be the main highlight of the film in terms of visual imagery and aesthetics.
The last time Rathnavelu worked with Ram Charan, he delivered a visually brilliant Rangasthalam, and he appears to be on a mission to deliver something on these lines again for RC 16.
It can be noted that the same cinematographer faced strong criticism for his work in Devara. He will certainly be more dedicated now to make a strong comeback and deliver a refined visual experience to the audience with the film, featuring Ram Charan.
