Sridevi’s Rich Property, But Why The Controversy Now!

Generally, when some of the wealthiest people in the society passed away, there is a lot of discussion happening about the procession of assets and wealth associated with them. A similar scenario is being observed with late actress Sridevi now.

Sridevi has left us many years ago, but there are still controversy about the kind of financial allocations and wealth that were gained by the actress earlier in her career.

Now there is an active court happening regarding a super rich property that is owned by Sridevi in the heart of Chennai as it has come under a legal dispute now.

The Supreme Court has issued notices to Boney Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, and Khushi Kapoor regarding a property dispute over a 2.70-acre land in Chennai purchased by the late actress Sridevi.

Reportedly, the Bench took up a petition by MC Sivakami and her brother MC Natarajan, who have staked claim to a portion of the dispute property.

The court directed both sides to maintain the status quo with regard to the property until the next hearing. This would essentially mean that even Sridevi family will not have direct access to this property till further hearing.

Even nearly a decade after the passing of the legendary actress, she is still in the news as there is a lot of discussion frequently happening about her properties and the distribution of the same.
