It is an established predicament that iconic film maker Rajamouli has the tenacity to take years together to complete a single project, and this was the case with his previous films as well. The same appears to be the case with his upcoming film with Mahesh Babu as well.

According to the latest update on this project, it is being heard that Rajamouli is contemplating the idea of releasing it in theatres during the summer season of 2027.

According to the latest reports, the makers of this Rajamouli and Mahesh Babu film are contemplating the idea of releasing it on March 25, which coincidentally happens to be the release date of RRR.

If that really is the case, then we note that Rajamouli would have spent the better part of five years to conceive his immediate next project after RRR. Such as the kind of production timeline and massive settings that are being incorporated for his films, which are leading to lengthy delays.

However, this is only tentative timeline that is in consideration for the film, and there is no official update in this regard till now. The fundamental point that must be noted here is that we are still only in April 2025, and there are a good two years to go if this release plan needs to be incorporated by Rajamouli.
