After a long wait, Mahesh and Rajamouli moving to Kenya!

Originally, it was expected that Mahesh Babu and Rajamouli would be flying to Kenya for the upcoming schedule of their film together in March itself. However, this schedule got delayed a lot, and the stage is finally set for the start of the same.

The latest developments are suggesting that Mahesh and Rajamouli’s SSMB29, is gearing up for a major international schedule. The team is all set to travel to Kenya in July 2025 for a crucial phase of filming. This schedule will feature intense action sequences and key scenes set in wild and dense forests, aligning with the film’s adventure theme.

Rajamouli and his team have been scouting exotic locations in Africa, particularly in Kenya’s national parks, to bring a unique and visually stunning backdrop to the film. The Kenyan schedule was initially planned earlier but had to be postponed due to the extreme summer heat. Now, with favorable weather conditions, the unit is ready to resume work in full swing.

Earlier, the team completed schedules in Hyderabad and Koraput, Odisha, focusing on set-based and scenic outdoor shoots. SSMB29 is expected to be a globe-trotting adventure drama with high-octane action and an emotional storyline. With Rajamouli’s vision and Mahesh Babu’s star power, expectations are sky-high.
