Is He Next Big Villain In Tollywood?

Gone are the days when we had some interesting artists like Prakash Raj, Sayaji Shinde, Sonu Sood, Rajan P Dev and Rahul Dev, who have continuously played villain roles for a long time. However, it looks like Tollywood has found one actor with good potential and screen presence, who could be the next big thing here.

In a couple of blockbusters in recent times, there’s one villain who has impressed the Telugu audience, though he wasn’t given a big part to play. Back in Pawan Kalyan’s #OG, playing the role of a big villain’s son who gets killed during the interval, Malayalam star Sudev Nair made an impressive Telugu debut. Now, in Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu as well, he entertained the audience for a short while as a cop gone rogue, and facing Chiranjeevi in the climax scenes.

While many Telugu films are running after Sudev Nair at the moment, he will be seen as one of the main villains in the upcoming biggie, Yash’s Toxic too. Going by the teaser of Toxic that was released recently, one could expect how director Geethu would have showcased the villain. With the array of opportunities landing in his lap right now, surely Sudev would be the next big villain for quite some time.
