Meet The Man Who Director Half Of Pushpa 2

Maverick Director Sukumar comes across as a very humble and considerate filmmaker. The same was on full display as he spoke with the Media and public at the grand success meet event of Pushpa 2 last night.

Sukumar invited the entire direction department on stage and spoke so very highly of them that every single person in the department was seen with a bright smile on their faces.

Incidentally, this is when Sukumar made a very interesting revelation as he credited half of Pushpa 2’s directorial credits to a person named Sriman who is a part of his direction department.

Sukumar stated that Shriman had directed nearly 30 to 40 percentage of Pushpa 2. The star director claimed that his assistant director Shriman was the one who shot the truck episodes and other thriller episodes in the film, which constitute for nearly 40% of the overall footage.

At one point, Sukumar, even surprisingly added that the title card for the film must have been “directed by Sukumar and Shriman”. This shows the kind of admiration and adoration that Sukumar shares for his team.

No other Director would credit direction department so very much let alone accreditation, nearly 40% of the credit for the film to and assistant director, who is in a public face. Sukumar is clearly miles ahead of other film makers when it comes to introducing fresh and exciting talent to Tollywood.

Sukumar even credited news anchors Devi Nagavalli who is now perusing a career in acting. She spoke highly of her saying she has immense knowledge about current affairs. Notably; she is a part of Sukumar’s direction team now as she wants to peruse a career in filmmaking.
