Actor Sundeep Kishan's restaurant, Vivaha Bhojanambu in Secunderabad recently faced scrutiny from the Food Safety Department of Telangana. On July 8 officials conducted a raid, finding several violations at the establishment. These included issues with food storage and labeling. For instance, they discovered Chittimutyalu Rice with an expired Best Before date and grated coconut treated with synthetic food colors. The restaurant promptly disposed of these items.

In response to the inspection, Sundeep Kishan clarified that many circulating images misrepresented the situation. He shared a verified document from the food safety inspection, asserting that their kitchen maintains high standards and does not use taste enhancers or artificial additives.

He stated their commitment to quality and safetynoting that some of the pictures shared on social media were not from their kitchen.

The Commissioner of Food Safety's official social media handle detailed both the adherence to and violation of rules at Vivaha Bhojanambu. They acknowledged that the restaurant displayed its FSSAI license and adhered to pest control regulations, but also highlighted shortcomings in food storage practices.

Sundeep Kishan urged patrons to verify facts before drawing conclusions based on sensationalized headlines. He expressed gratitude for their loyal clientele and assured them of the restaurant's dedication to delivering quality food. Despite minor issues identified by officials, unrelated to food safety during cooking, Vivaha Bhojanambu remains committed to upholding the highest standards.
