Unexpected: Suniel Narang Resigns!

It is known that senior producer Suniel Narang is one of the most respected personalities in Telugu cinema and he has application of solving several complicated issues in the industry in a very simple manner.

However, the latest developments are suggesting that Narang has officially resigned from his position of Telangana Film Chamber of Commerce president and has even submitted the letter to the concerned authorities.

I am writing to formally resign from the position of President of the Telangana State Film Chamber of Commerce, to which I was elected for the third consecutive term on 07.06.2025. I regret to inform you that I am stepping down from this position as my name was forcefully associated with public statements which is no way connected to me.

I was not consulted before making the public statements/interview/ press meets which was issued regarding people of this industry. I will not take any kind of responsibility for actions or comments made in which I have no involvement.

Under these circumstances, I find it difficult to continue my role.

I cannot allow my name or my reputation to be associated with statements made without my knowledge or consent. Therefore, I hereby tender my resignation with immediate effect and respectfully request the Chamber to accept this letter as formal notice of my resignation and take the necessary steps to appoint a suitable successor to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. I extend my best wishes to the Telangana State Film Chamber.

This comes shortly after speculations broke out that Narang was behind the recent comments made by New secretary Sreedhar against the top stars in Tollywood.
