Sunny Leone Buys Office Space in Mumbai for ₹8 Crore

Sunny Leone has bought an office space in Oshiwara, Mumbai. The price of the property is ₹8 crore. Property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards confirmed this purchase.

The transaction was registered in February 2025. The office is in Veer Signature, a commercial project by Veer Group. This project is located near the Lokhandwala Complex. Oshiwara is well connected by major roads and the Mumbai Metro. It offers urban convenience and modern living.

According to IGR property registration documents, the office has a carpet area of 176.98 square meters (1,904.91 square feet). The built-up area is 194.67 square meters (2,095 square feet). The property includes three car parking spaces. Sunny Leone paid ₹35.01 lakh as stamp duty. The registration charges were ₹30,000.

She bought the office from Aishwarya Property and Estates. This company is owned by Anand Kamalnayan Pandit and Roopa Anand Pandit. Anand Pandit is a well-known film producer, distributor, and real estate developer. He has produced films like Total Dhamaal, Chehre, and The Big Bull.

Veer Signature is a commercial project covering 0.53 acres. It offers office spaces ranging from 59.21 square meters to 193.04 square meters. Square Yards Project Data Intelligence reported 12 transactions in Veer Signature between January 2024 and December 2024. The total value of these transactions was ₹202 crore.

Many Bollywood celebrities own properties in this building. According to Square Yards, Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn, Kartik Aaryan and Sara Ali Khan have properties here.
