Supreme Court Warns Dil Raju To Solve Big Issue!

It is known that the film industry is usually and more often than not riddled by copyright allegations. The same thing is happening again with senior producer. Dil Raju now as the Supreme Court reprimanded him regarding a copyright infringement case that was against his Mr Perfect film.

Incidentally, Mr. Perfect, which was released in 2011 is still continuing to face copyright allegations after a writer named Mummidi Syamalarani filed copyright allegation against the same. The lady alleged that the film is a copy of her novel “Naa Manasu Korindi Ninne” as she alleged that the makers defrauded her by copying the content.

However, the logical and legal issue here is that the film had actually released in 2011, while the copyright allegation by the men and Lady was filed in 2017. But nevertheless, this matter reached the Supreme Court and it has now led to reprimand from the apex court to senior producer, Dil Raju.

The court made it clear that the case has some sort of merit, and it could only mean that the producer and those involved could land in further trouble if this case gets carried forward. The Supreme Court suggested Dil Raju to solve the issue amicably outside court or else he could be facing seriously legal action and recourse in this case.

One good thing for Dil Raju. In this matter is that the Supreme Court had instructed to hold the proceedings on the hearing on this case for the time being and give him enough time to solve the issue.

Now that the court has ordered Dil Raju to act smart and solve the case reasonably, we can expect some sort of reciprocal action from the leading producer to the mention writer who has made this copyright allegation against this Prabhas film.
