Tamannaah Bhatia has a clear message for actors who complain about not getting roles. She thinks actors should stop complaining about being rejected and instead work on growing, getting better, and adjusting to new times. Tamannaah says staying relevant in the industry needs talent and hard work, and passion, new ideas, and a readiness to try new things, no matter how old someone is.

Right now, Tamannaah is in the show "Do You Wanna Partner with Diana Penty," where she plays one of the ambitious women who leaves their job to start a beer brand.

The show shows the difficulties women face in a male-dominated field and how much effort is needed to succeed. Tamannaah remembers times when people treated her like she was being kind, acting as if they were doing her a favor. But she refused to let that affect her choices or confidence.

In an interview, Tamannaah said many actors often talk about how they feel sorry for themselves when they don’t get a role. She believes actors should keep improving rather than moaning. Both Tamannaah and Diana, who are in their 30s, are leading a show—something that wasn’t common in Bollywood until recently. Tamannaah thinks this shows that talent and hard work matter more than age or any biases in the industry.

She also says that staying relevant means constantly evolving. Actors need to bring new ideas and skills to get roles, even when the market is uncertain. Tamannaah says that in ten years, if she wants to get the same or different kinds of roles, she must be so good that people write parts just for her. Her advice is simple: stop complaining, work on yourself, and let your work speak for you.
