Like a spark landing on dry wood, Tamannaah Bhatia’s words have caught everyone’s attention. The actress, known for her films, item songs, and web series, recently spoke about glamour, criticism, and making her own space in a male-dominated industry. Her web series Do You Wanna Partner, co-starring Diana Penty, tells the story of a woman breaking barriers in the liquor business, traditionally considered a man’s field, and Tamannaah seems to share the same spirit off-screen.

While promoting the series, Tamannaah explained how she reacts when men try to undermine her role or make decisions for her. She said some people reduce her work to just looking glamorous in songs, ignoring her effort and talent. “When a man makes a final decision about something, I have no say in it. However, some people try to make me feel that way,” she said. She added that imagining those men in sarees or glamorous outfits helps her gain clarity and strength about what she can achieve.

Tamannaah said realizing her own value and knowing the industry needs her gave her confidence to continue her work. “Because I believe that a woman can do it, only a woman can do it,” she said. She spoke about handling praise and criticism while staying focused. Her words showed her determination and how she navigates challenges in the industry with courage and self-belief.

She also gave advice for building a career. “Nobody will give you a job just because you are a good person. Only if you believe in yourself and know your worth will opportunities come,” she said. Tamannaah encouraged aspiring artists to express themselves honestly and not worry about others’ opinions. Her words are a reminder that glamour is more than looks—it is confidence, self-belief, and breaking stereotypes.
