Who Will Give Them The 1000 Cr Film?

As we had reported multiple times and the recent past, the Tamil film industry is one of the few mainstream film production streams in Indian cinema without 1000 crore film at the box office. Many people expected that Lokesh Kanagaraj would fulfil his dream with his latest film Coolie with Rajinikanth.

But due to the lazy work, put up by Lokesh in this film, it needs to be said that the film is pretty much out of the race to touch the 1000 crore market, the Indian box office.

That Lokesh is out of the horizon to deliver such a big discussion is happening on whether Director Dilip Kumar would be able to finally realise this dream of having 1000 crore film for the Tamil film industry.

In Telugu, we have multiple films that have touched this mark in the past and we have multiple other films which are likely to enter this bracket in the near future as well, but that is not the case with Tamil cinema.

There is a lot of anticipation on whether or not Tamil cinema would actually be able to deliver such a big film at the box office and things are not looking very promising for the time being.

It has to be seen if at least Nelson would be able to deliver this big film with superstar Rajinikanth, which happens to be the sequel for blockbuster Jailer. This is one of the few films from Tata Tamil cinema that is projected to reach this mark and it has to be seen if this would actually turn out to be the case.
