Among the present generation of young actors, many tried conceptual films and costly films, but most of the time they have proved fatal for them. The likes of Kiran Abbavarm, Vishwaksen and others tried their hand at such stuff, but they haven’t crossed any ₹100 crore gross yet. However, luck shone early on child-actor-turned-hero Teja Sajja, who has cracked the code with HanuMan and Mirai, thanks to his amazing directors.

Of course, it’s been 2 years since “Mirai” was released, but the film’s leading man, Teja Sajja, hasn’t had any big releases since. However, his Mirai got dubbed into Japanese and is releasing in a big way in the country. As per trade trackers, the Day 1 Japan bookings for Mirai are superior to what other films like Baahubali 2 and Dhurandhar 2 have collected earlier. That’s a good sign, and a stroke of luck. Because if we look at the Indian Box office, Mirai collected around ₹150 crores in its lifetime, while Baahubali 2 and Dhurandhar 2 posted more than ₹2000 crores.

As luck shines on Teja Sajja’s Mirai, surely the actor should deliver some back-to-back hits to consolidate his position. But quite sadly, these days, after delivering blockbusters, the likes of Nikhil and other heroes are literally taking 2-3 years to come up with the next film in the name of pan-India ambitions.
