Dubai Investment: Telugu Stars In Confusion Mode

A couple of big superstars and a couple of upcoming stars have invested mightily in Dubai in the last five years. When everyone thought that this was a safe and crazy investment, the war between Israel, the USA, and Iran changed everything forever.

In fact, teaming up with some distributors and producers. These stars are said to have bought some villas in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, and other posh localities of Dubai downtown for a price of around ₹10-12 Crores. And they expected that in just 3 to 4 years, the prices might go up to ₹20 or 30 crores.

However, the current war situation in the Middle East has proven that no country in and around the UAE is safe at the moment. Even after 11 days, the war is not going to stop, and all the flights to Dubai have been cancelled, and tourism has completely come down, with people advised to stay indoors.

Due to these factors, the market pricing of real estate might go down for the next couple of years, and the recovery will not be faster until Iran’s regime changes or a major miracle occurs. Now, Telugu stars are worried, what if Something unexpected happens, and their investment gets stuck there.

However, as they have already invested, surely getting back the money is impossible, and they need to wait until the market fluctuations settle down. That may take years, but only waiting is the best option rather than getting confused.
