Though Netflix doesn’t directly acquire screens, even in the USA, they will partner with local chains to keep some theatres for themselves, such that their original movies could be released. Now this big Telugu producer is said to be facilitating the theatre-acquisition for a new company on behalf of Netflix. Many wonder why he would help the OTT company so much.
