Ajith Kumar’s Crash During Dubai Race Practice

Kollywood hero Ajith Kumar is currently in Dubai preparing for the Dubai 24 Hours race also known as the 24H Dubai 2025. During a practice session for the endurance race, Ajith’s car crashed into the barriers. This happened just a few minutes before the session was about to end.

Ajith owns a racing team called Ajith Kumar Racing. He was planning to participate in the race alongside three other teammates: Mathieu Detry, Fabian Duffieux and Cameron McLeod. Fabian Duffieux became the team manager of Ajith Kumar Racing in December 2024.

A video shared by Ajith’s team showed his car spinning seven times after hitting the barrier. After the crash, Ajith was rescued and taken to an ambulance. His manager, Suresh Chandra, later gave an update on his health. He confirmed that Ajith was unharmed and in good health. He also mentioned that Ajith was driving at a speed of 180 km/h when the crash occurred.

In addition to acting, Ajith is passionate about driving and biking. He had been training with his racing team for the 24-hour race. The race involves each driver completing a six-hour stint, with all teammates taking turns. Ajith was only minutes away from finishing his own six-hour driving session when the crash happened.

This race was supposed to mark the debut of Ajith Kumar’s racing team in endurance racing.
