Thaman Leaks: Is Trivikram Taking Rajamouli’s Route?

Star music composer Thaman had been working with Trivikram for the most part of his recent career and now he has an interesting leak about the next big project that could possible come out from Trivikram. Music director Thaman made some striking comments that have now sparked discussions about Trivikram Srinivas possibly exploring larger than life subjects in the future.

Speaking about Trivikram’s creative vision, Thaman revealed that the director already has a script based on the Ramayana and described it as “phenomenal.” He added that if Trivikram takes it up, the film would be truly epic and could achieve timeless appeal, much like Mayabazar, which continues to be watched even today. According to him, a Ramayana film by Trivikram could be celebrated even after 100 years.

When asked about working with S. S. Rajamouli, Thaman gave a candid response, stating that Rajamouli already has his trusted team including M. M. Keeravani and his successor Kaala Bhairava. He confidently added that he has his own fruits, referring to his circle of collaborators.

Thaman further expressed his ambition to deliver a Baahubali level film with Trivikram and also mentioned his strong association with directors K. S. Ravindra and Gopichand Malineni. Questioning why only one filmmaker should be associated with such масштабные projects, he asserted that others are equally capable.

These remarks have now fueled speculation whether Trivikram is gradually moving towards the grand, large scale storytelling space dominated by Rajamouli.
