Naga Chaitanya became a complete actor with Thandel - Nagarjuna

Naga Chaitanya Akkineni starrer Thandel has become a huge blockbuster grossing over Rs.75 crores worldwide in just 4 Days. The movie team held a success meet, Thandel Love Tsunami Celebrations. Nagarjuna Akkineni attended the event as a special guest. Interestingly, Sobhita Dhulipala also attended the event with Chaitanya marking their first public event as a married couple.

Talking at the event Chandoo Mondeti stated that his love for Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya came out while making Thandel. He thanked producer Bunny Vasu and presenter Allu Aravind for trusting in him and giving a huge opportunity to direct such a great romance.

Allu Aravind stated that he took a risk by announcing that Naga Chaitanya has done his career best performance prior to release. But he is happy that his belief has been proven true by the audiences. And he remarked that he is happy to see Chaitanya's efforts being rewarded like this.

Naga Chaitanya stated that he cannot thank Devi Sri Prasad for giving such a blockbuster music for the film. He stated that only DSP could understand the emotional depth in the film and he used to discuss the film for hours with him. He continued to thank Chandoo Mondeti and producers, entire team for such a remarkable film.

Nagarjuna thanked Allu Aravind for selecting the story and identifying it as a love story. He complimented Bunny Vasu for believing in Chaitanya and conceiving Thandel. He stated that he found same innocence as off-screen on screen as well in Sai Pallavi's character. He further thanked director Chandoo Mondeti for loving him and Chaitanya, so much. He stated that they will be indebted to him forever for what he has done for Chaitanya. He futher complimented Devi Sri Prasad for giving heart touching songs.

He stated that he was nervous on the release day and wanted to hear that the movie is a big success looking at the efforts Chaitanya had put in. He also remarked that it has been a long time since he came to a success meet and he is thrilled for Chaitanya. He stated that Chaitanya became a complete actor as he maintained body language throughout and behaved like Raju in character even in small shots. He concluded by stating that 2025 will be a big year for Akkineni family and Thandel is just a start.
