Thangalaan Making Video: Hatsoff Vikram & His Team

Vikram is one of the brilliant actors in Kollywood who also enjoys a big fan base in Telugu cinema. He came up with a new film recently, titled Thangalaan. Directed by Pa Ranjith, the team put a lot of hard work into making the film. The makers released the making video currently which is going viral on social media.

The film is based on true events and delves into the lives of mine workers in the Kolar Gold Fields of Karnataka. Going by the making video, it is evident that Thangalaan stands out for its unique demands on the cast, requiring them to adopt various looks and step into de-glamorized roles, appearing different in nearly every scene.

Despite the hard work put in by the filmmakers, Thangalaan received mixed reactions across both Tamil Nadu and the Telugu states, with the primary criticism being a lack of emotional depth in the script that failed to connect with the audience.

The film featured the cast including Vikram, Malavika Mohanan, and Parvathy in crucial roles. The film was released on 15th of August and crossed a worldwide gross of 50 Cr in three days.
